Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses within the UK excluding Northern Ireland.

Processing time

• Ready-made pieces: typically dispatched within [7] working days of order confirmation.

• Commissions: dispatch timelines are agreed individually as part of your commission conversation, since build time varies with size and complexity.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes [3-5] working days. Larger or heavier pieces may require a courier service with a different timeframe, you'll be informed of this at the point of ordering or commissioning.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and fragility of each piece, and will be shown at checkout or quoted directly for commissions and larger items.

Packaging

Given the weight and material of metal sculptures, pieces are carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage in transit. Please inspect your item on arrival and contact us within [7] days if there's any damage or issue.

Craft fairs & events.

Pieces purchased in person at a craft fair or market are taken home immediately and are not subject to this shipping policy.
